Frustrating. Unprofessional. Not going again.
Need to take down the "walk ins welcome" sign. I've lived in P Hill for a decade and tried to get my hair cut there many times. They have never had time for me. My personal favorite was the time I went in over an hour before they close and there were no customers and they still refused me. If you don't already have a stylist there then don't bother. Clearly they are doing too well to care about getting new clients.
Cost
Love, love, love this salon. I found Wendi when she was still in school and followed her to Pleasant Hill, even though I live in De Soto. Love the atmosphere, staff and services provided by all the girls there.
Shelby charged $179 for services, but charged $198 saying it was due to tax, but there was no tip option on our final receipt.
In her rush, Shelby missed three spots when she colored my hair, two during the actual coloring- 1) as I mentioned, in a front foil, 2) along the front hairline, possibly most of my hairline by the look on her face, and 3) Shelby missed another spot along my front hairline that she shrugged off (I'm betting because no money would change hands) when she was "fixing" my hairline the next day.
Shelby showed that she was in a hurry to finish my haircut (rough cut before foils), complete hair color (after foils, not big deal but she missed many roots), and seven foils (missed spot was front foil, near roots, the size of a large blueberry).

Staff are friendly and really know their stuff. Have always done an awesome job for our family. Colors cuts perms and nails. These guys are awesome
